Train the Trainers
It is sometimes not practical or cost effective to bring in an external trainer for Basic Training or Refresher Training of personnel.
In these instances, Effective Control will work with your company to train designated, competent managers to effectively deliver appropriate training courses.
Keith Ogden will work with you to develop appropriate training courses, and to train the trainers in delivery of these courses. Electronic copies of training materials will be provided for the company, using many site and product specific examples to ensure that a relevant message is given. Test/assessment papers can also be developed to help validate the effectiveness of the training.
