Project Management and Implementation/Mentoring
Keith Ogden has advised and mentored many companies through the whole journey of achieving and maintaining BRC Certification. Once the company has committed to the process of certification and knows what they have to do, Keith can help as much or as little as required.
This is often dependant on the availability of internal resource and the competence/experience of this resource.
Keith can advise on implementation of the changes required to achieve certification and if needed can manage the implementation project - arranging contractors, overseeing work, instigating changes to working practices and personal practices and introducing new/adapted procedures/work instructions.
If the project is being managed internally Keith can help with interim reviews and give guidance on successful and sustainable implementation. Telephone advice is included for all customers and regular project update meetings are recommended.
